Your content
You retain all rights to the invention details you submit and to the claim drafts generated. You are responsible for reviewing and validating claims before filing.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content or in ways that disrupt it for others. We may suspend access that abuses the service.
Payments
ClaimGen is a paid service billed through our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Always verify generated claims for legal accuracy and completeness before submitting them to patent offices.
